The LLM in International Business Law and Globalisation provides in-depth training in business law within a framework of corporate social responsibility that takes all stakeholders into account
Are you interested in the development of law in the increasingly complex context of globalised business? Do you see corporate social responsibility, good corporate governance, and compliance with international standards as vital to a sustainable world - and a sustainable economy? The one-year LLM in Int'l Business Law & Globalisation provides in-depth training in business law within a framework of corporate social responsibility. Under the guidance of leading academics, many of whom also work as corporate lawyers, you study subjects (in compulsory and elective courses) as varied as international commercial law, mergers & acquisitions and CSR. You learn how to transform theoretical knowledge of CSR into practical legal reality. This specialised programme attracts a maximum of 25 international, highly-motivated participants each year.
