The Professional MBA Project & Process Management is aimed to provide a specialization in the field of project and process management. In 18 months participants gain a profound knowledge in the customized specialization project and process management as well as in business fundamentals. Project Costs, Project Risk Management & Project Discontinuities
In-depth overview on plan project costs, project risks and project discontinuity resolution. Cost planning, risk identification and risk analysis, scenario technique and alternative project plans.

International Project Management Approaches
The module gives an overview and comparison of the international project management approaches: International Competence Baseline (ICB) of the IPMA, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK) of PMI, and Projects in Controlled Environments (Prince2) of OCG.
Preparation for the Project Management Certification
Preparation of candidates for the certification (IPMA – International Project Management Association or PMI – Project Management Institute), showing an overview of the required exam contents.
Change & Projects Identification of different change types of permanent organizations and the appropriate organizational design to manage these changes. Definition of change processes and analysis of the relationships between changes and projects.
Social Competencies in Projects
