This course allows you to develop your English language proficiency at the same time as increasing your knowledge of a particular area or areas of law. It provides you with advanced legal knowledge as well as the practical skills and techniques needed to enhance your career prospects, whether in legal or commercial practice.
It also develops your awareness and understanding of aspects of UK and international social and business cultures and practices.
The programme is accredited by the Solicitors Regulation Authority for CPD purposes.

You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
Take test* a good honours degree in law (usually a 2:2 degree or above), OR a good joint honours degree (2:2 or above) where the major component is in law, eg, Accounting and Law or Combined Studies
* a Graduate Diploma in Law (CPE), Legal Practice Course or Bar Vocational Course
* a qualification as a solicitor or barrister.
* International applicants will need 6.0 IELTS or equivalent.
