Accounting and Finance – (M.Sc.)

Requirements

A good undergraduate degree (2:1 or above or its international equivalent). Applications from graduates of disciplines such as engineering, mathematics, economics or natural sciences are particularly welcome. Business graduates who have developed a strong interest in accounting and finance and have shown evidence of good quantitative skills are also welcome. The minimum non-graduate qualifications acceptable for admission to the University of Bath are:

* A relevant postgraduate diploma (passed at the appropriate level); or
* A relevant professional qualification together with papers passed at an appropriate standard if required by the appropriate Head of Group; or
* Extended and responsible experience in a relevant field of industry, teaching or a government establishment with authorship of papers of an acceptable academic standard.

Please note a £50 application fee is required for this programme and this should be submitted with your application.

English Language
Candidates whose first language is not English will normally require an IELTS score of 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in each of the four components or an internet-based TOEFL score of 92 (with at least 21 in Writing, 21 in Listening, 22 in Reading, 23 in Speaking).
