The MasterâEURTMs program in Construction Management & Engineering (CME) at TU/e focuses on integration of complex assignments for Urban Development ('technology pull') and related innovations for construction technology ('technology push'): Construction Management & Urban Development. Construction Management & Urban Development This relates to town planning in the large cities in the Netherlands and Europe. Space is limited, which means that inner cities must regularly be modernized and updated. For example infrastructural facilities are laid underground, and tall multifunctional buildings are constructed. The fact that urban life continues during redevelopment means that a special discipline of construction management becomes involved. In addition, this implies a link between this branch of management and (re)development of urban areaâEURTMs. Government is taking an increasingly hands-off approach, with riskbearing market parties playing a leading role. Construction management embraces not only project management, but also - and more importantly - process management and involvement in a vision. Graduation The graduation concerns business administration and urban developments
