You have an excellent knowledge of English and you know your English literary classics. But how do you place them in their cultural context? How do you relate new novels or plays to that cultural heritage? How can you investigate new linguistics trends or appreciate the variety of Englishes used all over the world? This one-year Master´s programme examines various aspects of English Language and Culture, concentrating on literature in its social and cultural context.
The Master´s programme in English Language and Culture aims to develop a critical, reflective and scholarly attitude towards the disciplines of English Language and Literature.
