This new taught interdisciplinary postgraduate programme offers you the very rare opportunity of putting together your own tailor-made programme of modules offered by History, English, Art History, French, Classics, Archaeology, Music and Continuing Education: the schools and departments that comprise The Institute for Medieval Research at Nottingham.
Under the guidance of experts in a wide variety of medieval subjects, you will explore the connections and contrasts between the various disciplines, the sources they employ, and the intellectual issues relevant to medieval studies.
As such, this programme maximises your choice in terms of subject matter whilst offering guidance in how to relate the different forms of evidence to each other.
This degree is suitable for those of you who want to continue and supplement their first degree, as well as those who wish to further their interests in Medieval Studies at a more advanced level.
