MSc students take taught modules (120 credits) and a dissertation (60 credits). Diploma students take taught modules (60 credits) and a dissertation (60 credits). Subject areas include: chemical engineering; process control; optimisation; artificial neural networks; modelling and simulation; control of unit operations; statistical process control; data analysis and reconciliation for control; and modern process control. Your dissertation is based on a research project which, where possible, includes an industry-related project in the field of chemical, biochemical, or food and materials processing.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
