You take compulsory modules (140 credits) which typically include: human resources in management context; leading, managing and developing people; developing skills for business leadership; investigating a business issue from a human resource management perspective; leadership and management development; resourcing and talent management; managing employment relations; and understanding and implementing coaching and mentoring. You also complete a dissertation (40 credits).
