The School of Education, Communication and Language Sciences has over 100 years´ experience of teacher training and meeting the needs of educators from a wide range of countries. Normally at least an upper-second-class Honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, for example, education, sociology, psychology, communication studies, counselling. Applications from international students or from candidates with work experience and other qualifications, in addition to formal academic qualifications, are particularly welcome. Applicants whose first language is not English should have a minimum of IELTS 6.5, TOEFL 90 (Internet-based) or 577 (paper-based), or equivalent.
