The course provides flexible study for speech and language therapists and other professionals and students with a special interest in speech, language and communication.
Teaching and Assessment Teaching Modules are run by experienced clinicians and leading researchers, using a variety of direct and interactive teaching methods.

NoteAvailability of modules is occasionally subject to change. When you have successfully completed eight taught modules, including the modules in research design and statistics, plus a research dissertation, you will be awarded a Masters degree qualification.
Complete eight taught modules and you will qualify for a postgraduate diploma.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

MSc
The normal entrance requirement is a first- or second-class honours degree in an appropriate subject. The Licentiate Diploma of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists is also accepted.
Clinical module
Attendance on this module requires:
* current relevant specialist employment
* two years´ post-qualification experience
ACS in Speech and Language Therapy with Deaf People
Prerequisites for this ACS are:
* successful completion of CACDP Stage I
* attendance on two short courses, Introduction to Speech and Language Therapy with Deaf People I and II.
English language requirement
For those students whose first language is not English, one of the following qualifications (or equivalent) is required:
* IELTS: 6.5
* TOEFL (internet based):
250 (Computer Test)
600 (Paper Test)
100 (Internet Test)
