Our Master´s programme in Finance offers you a thorough education in the essentials of investments and corporate finance. The core courses in the programme focus on topics like the determination of a firm´s cost of capital, the capital structure of a firm, risk and return characteristics of investments, event studies, and portfolio management decisions. The electives in the program enable you to specialise in financial management or investment analysis. These specializations prepare you for a professional career as chief financial officer (CFO), financial planner, treasurer, portfolio manager, risk manager, or investment advisor. In the first semester, all students take compulsory courses in investment analysis, capital structure and empirical finance.
