Location of Graz University of Technology (TU Graz)

The four-semester master’s programme goes into the knowledge acquired in the Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and Business Economics bachelor programmes (six semesters) in more depth. The whole programme comprises 120 ECTS credits. The master’s programme prepares students for a methodical and scientifically founded decision-making in professional life. It offers a solid and broad basic education with specialisation in the field of technological economy. A central pillar of the training is in the field of provision of services in the corporate services process. Mechanical engineers from Graz University of Technology are universally employed in product development, planning, purchasing and production. An interesting sphere of activity is offered in the corporate utilisation of services, which deals with questions of sales and marketing of products.

Graduates will be awarded the academic degree of “Diplom-Ingenieurin” or “Diplom-Ingenieur”, which is internationally equivalent to a “Master of Science” (“MSc”).
