The Master programme in International Management qualifies you in four semesters for management positions in international companies. The focus lies on international service industry companies.

The study programme builds on the Bachelor in Economics university studies and broadens your knowledge of Economics and professional skills in order to be able to take over responsibility in (business) organisations and to fulfill leading positions competently.
In addition, you will have the possibility to choose your focus in the areas of International Marketing, International Human Resource Management or Finance & Accounting.
Parallel to a specialised academic education in Economics at Master's level you will broaden your soft skills as well as social and intercultural competencies.
Contents
Our 4 semester Master programme in International Management includes 3 semesters tuition and allows students to write their Master thesis in the 4th semester.
The programme provides a scientific and practically-oriented education in Business Economics. The curriculum comprises mandatory and elective modules.
The mandatory modules account for a generic approach and provide knowledge in:
- Strategic Service Management
- Financial Accounting
- Management and Cost Accounting
- Management and Cost Control
- International Human Resource Management
- International Marketing
- International Financial Managment.
Additional courses deal with corporate governance and leadership and negotiation in an intercultural context. They provide students with necessary key qualifications for an international management career.
The elective modules give students the opportunity to specialize in one of the following three fields:
- International Human Resource Management
- International Marketing
- Finance and Accounting
The purpose of this Master's programme is to prepare students for an international career and therefore the whole programme is taught exclusively in English.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
