This unique two-year MSc modular programme will provide you with the tools and techniques needed to successfully address and lead performance management initiatives for your organisation. At the same time you will gain the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed to help you progress your career, whilst gaining an internationally recognised Masters qualification.
Built around a series of stimulating and challenging residential modules, the modular format will help you to balance work and study, enabling you to apply the latest academic insights and industry best practice back to your own organisation.
During the programme you will have the opportunity to:
* update your understanding of the key strategies, structures, processes and challenges involved in managing organisations
* develop your confidence to contextualise the management of organisational performance, critically to reflect on this and to select appropriate tools and techniques
* enhance your ability to use a wide range of practical skills to plan, manage, measure and review organisational performance
* gain expertise in developing and implementing research projects to address pertinent organisational performance issues.
The MSc in Managing Organisational Performance is a 2 year part-time modular programme which begins in February each year.

AssessmentAssessment is set to challenge you beyond the level at which you have been taught. This encourages you to find your own solutions to problems and breeds a level of pro-activity that ensures you are not just an intellectual, but a highly skilled managing organisational performance professional.
The individual research project provides you with an opportunity to carry out rigorous research in an area of particular interest to you and your organisation - developing a specialist´s capacity to carry out research combining organisational and academic perspectives.
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.

1. Hold a relevant, recognised qualification, either:
* a 1st or 2nd class UK Honours Degree (or equivalent Bachelors Degree) and 2 years relevant work experience
* or a professional qualification and have 5 years relevant work experience
* or 10 years professional relevant work experience
We also welcome applications from candidates with extensive work experience but without formal qualifications.
*Please note: Having taken into consideration all your application details the Programme Director may still require you to undertake the Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT) and obtain a minimum score of 550. 2. Have a good standard of English.
If English is not your first language, you must take one of the following:
* Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - a minimum score of 92 internet test, 237 computer test or 580 paper test is required. The ETS DI Code for TOEFL is 0822.
* International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - band 6.5 is required with a minimum score of 6 for writing.
* English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) - Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) - grade A -C or Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) Grades A - C is required.
We do not have a formal deadline for the receipt of applications. However, to secure your place on the course and in accommodation, it is advisable to apply as early as possible as places are limited.
