Students wil also be introduced to the most current issues, as reflected in the work of reasearch centres such the Center for Company Law (CCL), the Center for Transboundary Legal Development (CTLD), as well as the Tilburg Law and Economics Center (TILEC).Students will get the opportunity to leave the realm of education and take their first steps in actively participating in current legal discussions and developments. In pursuing these aims, the programme offers students courses and seminars that employ innovative teaching methods, such as detailed case studies, simulated negotiations, meetings, and drafting exercises, and team-building activities that integrate the demands of the business environment with legal practice and regulation.
