Upon the completion of this programme, the graduates are awarded a master´s degree (M.A. in Criminal Justice and Security). This master´s degree programme is designed so as to develop students´ competences for managing security organizations and most demanding processes in the field of security provision, as well as for successful managing and implementation of professional tasks related to criminal justice and security, including analyzing, planning, designing, developing and managing safety and security processes in state bodies, non-governmental organizations and companies.

Take testM.A. in Criminal Justice and Security programme is available to the candidates who have successfully completed:
- a first-degree university (B.A. programme in the relevant areas of study restricted to administration and organizational sciences (public administration, management, logistics), law, political sciences (political sciences, defence studies, international relations), criminology and social studies (criminal justice and security, social pedagogy, social work);
- a first-degree university (B.A. programme in other fields of study upon having successfully completed those study requirements that are indispensible for further study and amounting to 22 ECTS, i.e., the following study subjects: Law Enforcement Powers of Social Control Institutions, Theories of Policing, Criminal Investigation 1;
- a three year college programme (adopted before June 11, 2004) in the relevant field of areas of study restricted to administration and organizational sciences (public administration, management), criminology and social studies (criminal justice and security, social work);
- a three year college programme (adopted before June 11, 2004) programme in other fields of study upon having successfully completed those requirements that are indispensible for further study and amounting to 22 ECTS, i.e., the following study subjects: Law Enforcement Powers of Social Control Institutions, Theories of Policing, Criminal Investigation 1.
