The "EH Ludwigburg" is a small institution with approximately 850 students, five faculties and about 25 professors. We are a church university supported by the Protestant Church in Wuerttemberg.

In comparison to the traditional form of university, "Universities of Applied Sciences" (Fachhochschulen) put their main emphasis on practice orientation. Their overall objective is to offer scientific as well as practical knowledge transfer.

Bachelor's degrees obtained at our University of Applied Sciences qualify for occupations in the fields of (public) administration, (public) religious education, and social work.
