Its population is growing and is both cosmopolitan and metropolitan - with people from every country in the world making their home here. Whether you are interested in music, film, dance , theatre or comedy, London can provide an unrivalled range of entertainment and venues.
There are also plenty of cheap things to do; London has some of the world's finest museums and gelleries: the National Gallery, Tate Modern, Science Museum - most of which are free. There is a range of cheap markets and also plenty of parks and gardens in which to relax - 39% of London is green space. Your NUS card will get you a range of discounts including on public transport. In London there are good opportunities to get work placements, part-time work and a job after you graduate.
