The mission of The Wielkopolska Business School is meeting, in a complex and professional way, the expectations concerning development of managerial skills of the managers from companies and other institutions and implementing the most recent strategies which enable efficient activity in the contemporary market environment. The leading programme of the Wielkopolska Business School are MBA studies. This programme is addressed to managerial staff of companies and other institutions (Executive MBA). MBA programme has been run in the Wielkopolska Business School in co-operation with the Nottingham Trent University, since 1991 and graduates receive a diploma of this prestigious British University. The curriculum is covered by completing specific modules. Their order is established in a way that will gradually reduce gaps in the participants´ knowledge of basic business-management issues in the first year of study. The idea is to start with personal issues close to oneself, and then move through team and organisation management to the organisation environment. The second-year modules give a more strategic, broader and deeper picture of companies´ operation.
