This program aims to equip translators with skills to translate general and specialized texts written in a foreign language into their mother tongue or cultural language and to become conversant with translation theory and practice. Graduates of the Master's in Translation will also have developed competence in computer translation tools and grounding in underlying techniques.
Four areas of specialization are offered in this program:
- Translation studies
- Specialized translation
- Terminology
- Translation technology
Graduates with a Master of Arts in Translation from the School of Translation and Interpretation play a meaningful role in communications, help develop economic, scientific, technical and cultural exchanges and foster linguistic diversity and enrichment.
Language: A combination of three languages to be chosen from the following: Arabic, English, French, German, Italian, Russian, Spanish.

ECTS credits: 120
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in multilingual communication from the ETI or degree considered equivalent by the Admissions Board; holders of other university degrees must pass the required entrance exam.
