The IELTS – or the International English Language Test System – tests your English-language abilities (writing, listening, speaking, and reading) on a scale of 1.00–9.00. The duration of the program is 18 months. The full tuition fee is 12 000 USD (including student's handbooks, use of library and IT facilities). 8 000 USD is to be paid after receiving the Letter of Acceptance + 4000 USD has to be paid before the third semester begins.
The living costs include the total expenses per month, covering accommodation, public transportation, utilities (electricity, internet), books and groceries.
