The majority of tuition fee waivers are awarded based on merit and more specifically on academic excellence and the applicant's personal motivation for applying to the program. The tuition fee waivers are granted based on early application and depending upon availability. The Admissions Committee gathers on a regular basis to grant the available tuition fee waivers to the best participants in the ranking.
