Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Leadership and Management requirements

PBDLM courses provide graduate level professional development opportunities designed for managers and professionals with significant work experience who are poised for advancement.

The PBDLM is made up of fifteen (15) online courses worth one (1) graduate credit each and one capstone course (comprehensive exam) worth three (3) graduate credits. All sixteen (16) courses with 18 credits total must be completed in order to earn the Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Leadership and Management.

This Leadership and Management program offered by Athabasca University must be completed in a maximum of five years. However, you must be enrolled in a minimum of three courses per year. Courses can be taken in any order to meet the needs of your career advancement. The capstone course should be taken as the last course in the program.
