For applicants whose first language is not English; IELTS 6.5 or above with a minimum of 6 in each component or equivalent.
Candidates should normally be teachers or others working in, or who intend to work in, the educational field. Direct experience of working in education is not an essential attribute, but evidence of knowledge and understanding of educational systems, such as the satisfactory completion of an education programme, is a requirement.
