Beyond foundational courses in human cell biology and physiology, the programme also provides cutting-edge offerings in musculoskeletal biomechanics, biofluid biomechanics, biomedical measurements and stimulation, biomedical data processing and medical imaging and analysis. Capping these is a design project providing hands-on practice in medical device design and medical software design.

This postgraduate Biomedical Engineering programme at University of Leuven will provide an advanced-level education in the area of biomedical engineering.     The TOEFL – or Test OF English as a Foreign Language – offers a paper-based test (PBT). The final, overall PBT score ranges between 310 and 677, and is based on an average taken from the three test components (listening, structure, and reading).
