With a focus on the interrelationship of theory with practice, it will also develop practitioners´ understanding of their leadership roles as exemplary models and `change agents´ for improvement.
The course is suitable for Early Childhood graduates, those who have or wish to pursue Early Years Professional Status, newly qualified QTS Early Years teachers and others wishing to move into a lead practitioner role in Early Childhood.
Postgraduate courses require an IELTS of 6.5 or equivalent or TOFEL of 88 (IBT) and above or Cambridge Advanced B or above.
