The Smart Buildings and Grids master proposes a 20 month full time technical high level training, which takes into account economic, societal and cultural aspects, to prepare students for the challenges of tomorrow, managing the total energy chain (production, distribution, use). This Master relies on the outstanding scientific and technological environment of Grenoble in the field of energy.
The Master´s degree in Smart buildings and grids is a highly competitive academic program. The selection on the basis of prior academic and/or scientific achievement as documented by academic transcripts, a cover letter, references, and standardized test scores. Students from countries where English language is not the primary language are required to provide TOEFL test scores.
English proficiency
All courses are taught in English so a good level in English is necessary (B1 level)
To be admitted to the program, candidates must have previously completed their undergraduate studies and been awarded a Bachelor degree in either Science (BSc) or Engineering (BEng) that includes courses in electrical Engineering.
National degree (L-M-D) / Diploma accredited by the French government
You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.
Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test.
