The MSc in Environmental Science and Technology from Lancaster University is designed to provide training in the general field of environmental science and its associated technologies.
The emphasis is on developing in depth understanding of environmental processes, how these processes are modified by humans, and how technology can be used to monitor and remediate particular ‘problems’.
The course aims to exploit LEC’s considerable pedigree in environmental research and technology development/application to equip students for the specific and generic demands of proceeding directly into either employment or doctoral research in the environmental sector.
