Description: The main objective of this Master´s Degree is to train the students in one of the most widely used techniques in industries, such as analysis labs, in the field of industrial, food, environmental and health analysis. It attempts to provide more in-depth knowledge of the technique, particularly as regards its practical learning and various applications, as well as the solving of analytical problems. Further knowledge of chromatographic techniques and the various sample treatment techniques will qualify students to solve any kind of analytical problems, will allow them to know the most useful information sources in the field and the quality accreditation systems, and will provide them with the skills needed to plan and organise research in the field of analytical chemistry.

Number of credits: 60 ECTS (European Credit Transfer System)
Duration: 1 academic years
Dates: September 2012 - June 2013
Directed to: Graduates in branches of chemistry, biochemistry, chemical engineering, pharmacy, environmental sciences or food science and technology. Graduates in other branches who are interested in specialising in chromatography. Professionals with experience in chromatographic analysis.
Cost: In accordance with official fees yet to be announced. 2011 cost: 31,41 EUR/credit.
