The MSc in Cross-Cultural Marketing & Negotiation trains students in those techniques that lead to success in Marketing and Negotiation in an international environment.

  • Marketing in a Cross-cultural Context,
  • Negotiation in a Cross-cultural Context,
  • Intercultural Management,
  • Area-specific Issues (Options: Asia Pacific, North America, South America, Latin America, North America, Africa & the Middle East, Europe, Russia & Scandinavia, Asia-Pacific).

  • Induction Seminar
  • Career Management
  • Sustainable Development: Lectures by leading international speakers
  • Methodology & Academic Research
  • Foreign Languages: German, Spanish, Chinese, ….elective subjects).
  • One 5-week Junior Consulting Project: Marketing or Cross-cultural Communication. JCPs (‘Missions') proposed and validated by the Programme staff (Pédagogie HEC Entrepreneurs),
  • One 2-week Challenge: Negotiation or Cross-cultural Marketing,
  • One 6-month work placement/ internship.

Requirements for Cross-Cultural Marketing and Negotiation

  • Only holders of 4 to 5-year degrees can access the programme (Bac+4 or 5 )
  • Exceptionally, and for a maximum of 10 % of the total cohort, students who hold the qualifications below may apply with a 3-year degrees (Bac+3) together with:
  • Documented professional experience and extensive management experience,
  • The defense of a professional project before a panel.
When applying for MScs, a level of proficiency in English must be certified by a score of:
  • TOEIC: 790
  • Or justification of a full-time year of studies taken 100% in English.
