Description of General Management

At the ISM campus, MBA students are taught by lecturers from renowned international universities and by hand-picked experts. All the lectures during the MBA course are in English. Thanks to long-term and successful cooperation with numerous companies in the fields of "international business economics" and "international management", the expertise and experience of business managers is channelled directly into the MBA course.

During the MBA course special attention is also paid to the holistic development of knowledge for corporate management. Students are offered an intensive insight into corporate processes in the fields of strategy, general management, marketing; finance, accounting, law, production, supply and IT; as well as regional topics, human resources, organisation and leadership. In the latter field, in particular, the focus is placed on the targeted development of personality through intensive feedback processes. This is supported by individual coaching. Each MBA student is accompanied by a professional coach who helps to enhance necessary leadership and management qualifications. The MBA course prepares successful graduates ideally for employment in a management role.

The MBA General Management is geared towards preparing engineers, scientists and business economists for responsible management positions in international companies.
