Description

This international and transdisciplinary Masters Program provides well-founded management education with a focus on lifelong learning, knowledge management, and institutional change. It concentrates on the consequences of an aging workforce and of rapid knowledge change, and demonstrates how evidence available in the social and behavioral sciences can contribute to maintaining productivity and innovation.

The program has been especially developed to provide further training to professionals in domains such as Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Consulting, Management, Training, or Administration. Upon successful completion of the program, participating executives are able to transfer the most recent scientific research results to the work environment. Thus, they can advise their companies and institutions on how to respond to the challenges of aging and rapid knowledge turnover, and support organizational transformation processes.

The program consists of four modules:

1. The Institution - Conditions of change, innovation and productivity.
2. The Individual - Conditions of lifelong learning and development.
3. Contexts, processes and incentives of lifelong learning.
4. Knowledge transfer and management as a key to organizational change.
