Description

The Masters educational content are adapted to the requirements of the European Higher Education Area, offering 60 credits, thus ensuring a constant effort to improve management skills and optimal development of attitudes such as initiative, teamwork or critical capacity.

The Masters of ESERP put special emphasis on skills development, always based on updated knowledge that allow students to practice applying the most innovative techniques and tools strategically. To achieve this we rely on a compound Faculty by specialized professionals in the classroom introducing the real problems of the current business organization.

For the integration of students in the business world and in the process of decision-making, applying a dynamic education system and active, used as a teaching tool, among others, the case method and simulation.

Methodology
  • Practice cases and simulations method, that combine the theoretical presentation with analysis and discussion of the studies (case studies are provided by ESERP Business school, IESE Business school, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Harvard Business School, and more).
  • ITT-TM Methodology – Intelligence Training Technology, ESERP Business School utilizes this method in reference to its primary objective of academic education based on three pillars:
    • KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge + Case Method. Using the case method of simulation, combined with self-assessment and self-understanding systems, because what is not practiced is not learned.
    • KNOW-HOW: Consulting Method. Self-diagnostic tools to apply to your organization, because what is not practiced is forgotten.
    • CAN DO: Management System. Technological systems to apply the techniques and policies to senior management for decision-making through innovation.
  • Renaissance Balanced Scorecard: Tool approved by the creators of the Balanced Scorecard, David Norton and Robert Kaplan of Harvard Business School for:
    • Cost management by activity.
    • Process management of activities
    • Margin Optimization
    • Financial Management
    • Marketing Management
  • Intelligent Training Technology Method, to effectively manage any situation in the business environment. The Master takes place in sessions taught by academics, managers, consultants, and experts in the industry. It is essential in order to obtain the degree that students attend 80% of the course lessons and pass the final project for the Master, along with the self-evaluation quizzes. The fifteen hundred hours are split between classroom and online learning and consist of: teamwork, individual work, use of technological tools, and developing and implementing the final project

Requirements

Must meet and certify one of the following requirements:

University degree

Spanish or EU students must submit a photocopy of the official university seal University original source, or a notarized photocopy of the original degree. In the event that your degree is being processed, provisionally may submit an original certificate of completion of studies and academic record your qualifications, both documents signed and sealed by the educational institution.

In the event that the title is issued in a language other than Spanish, English, Portuguese or French, must present a certified translation into Spanish duly notarized.

  • EU students will must present a photocopy of the degree to which they have applied previously Apostille (seal is stamped in the consulate or embassy own Spanish) legal stamp or equivalent, in the event that your country does not subscribe to Hague Convention (will inform the University where they studied).

3 years of professional experience

In the case of having no university degree required, ESERP can enroll in Masters programs if it is established at least 3 years of professional experience, by submitting a Certificate made by the Company and signed by the relevant Manager (and sealed by Company), stating the period in which work was performed and a brief description of their functions.

The student may submit multiple certificates from different companies provided the total compute a minimum of 3 years experience. All certificates must be original.

To obtain the degree of the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos, you must present official University Degree or Certificate that has 5 years of professional experience.

Funding

ESERP University Foundation promotes access to education through its own extensive scholarship program, is available to all candidates admitted to a program of ESERP.

To access the Scholarship Program, all that have started the process of admission in any of the academic programs in ESERP Business School must complete a documentation that indicates the conditions for admission to program scholarships for the scholarship Committee to award the scholarships based on the corresponding parameters requested by the Foundation.

ESERP University Foundation, through the Scholarship Committee will award a maximum of only one scholarship per applicant and not necessarily the entire price of the program, various types of grants exist, each with specific characteristics and different application deadline.

The Foundation ESERP University provides access to the various programs offered at our institution to those people with outstanding achievements.

Students who enroll and complete ESERP's Own Study Plan, attending internationally-based lectures that will teach them according to the annual academic calendar, and who pass the work load, as agreed upon, will receive the corresponding academic accreditation, as issued by the associate Universities and Schools detailed below:
