The Professional MBA Project & Process Management is aimed to provide a specialization in the field of project and process management. In 18 months participants gain a profound knowledge in the customized specialization project and process management as well as in business fundamentals. The last part of the program is reserved for the composing of the Master Thesis.

Training Project

The first three blocks of the specialization in project management are thematically linked by means of a training project. Assuming the roles of project management consultants, participants form small groups to work on planning a project. The training projects are drawn from their own professional practice and are selected at the beginning of the specialization. Master thesis

At the end of the MBA program, students have to write a master thesis in order to receive the academic degree of Master of Business Administration (MBA). The intention of the master thesis is to guarantee that the graduate of the MBA program is able to write scientific papers on his or her own.
