Description

The explosive growth of the internet has created many opportunities for business. You can help companies take advantage of these opportunities and shape future innovation and performance improvement in e-business and e-commerce.

You gain an understanding of the critical relationship between different business models and the internet technologies and network architecture that support them. As well as looking at internet-enabled transactions and communications, you learn to manage internal and external business processes, support knowledge creation, and develop and maintain relationships.

You investigate internet and distributed systems development, human-computer interaction approaches to web applications design, and patterns for e-business applications. This course appeals to students with a background in science, engineering or technology.
