The on-going technological revolution is changing radically the intelligence’s world. The incoming of cyberspace, of the high speed communication and financial flow, of the hyper connectivity, the computerization’s process and the large memory capacity changed the acquisition, the selection and the evaluation of the information. These changes renewed the analyst’s and intelligence ‘s operator figures.

The technological revolution, the economic interdependence processes and geopolitical transformations create a framework increasingly complex and diversified risks and threats to the security and stability of the country-systems . In the new global context intelligence activities are destined to become increasingly strategically important both for governmental institutions to the corporate world. Intelligence analysts and experts are increasingly in demand by institutional bodies in charge of national security and public security, the armed forces, from companies and public and private research centers.

To deal with these new challenges, the Master's Degree in Intelligence and security involves acting as faculty professionals of excellence, from the intelligence community , academia and research , from the defense and security sector and businesses .

The educational objectives are the following:

a) provide operators with a professional upgrade to the height of technological and organizational innovation processes that characterize the sector Intelligence and Security in the contemporary world;

b) forming a new generation of young analysts and experts in line with the most advanced international standards.
