The Willy Brandt School of Public Policy at the University of Erfurt was established in 2002 as Germany’s first professional school of public policy. The Brandt School’s Master of Public Policy (MPP) is a two-year interdisciplinary degree program designed for young academics and professionals who wish to pursue a career in public service, including government agencies, international organizations and the non-profit sector.

Master in Intercultural Communication and European Studies (ICEUS)

Since 1999, the Fulda University of Applied Sciences offers a four semester Master's degree programme in Intercultural Communication and European Studies (ICEUS). ICEUS was supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and by the Jean-Monnet-Programme of the European Union. “Global Studies – A European Perspective” is an interdisciplinary, research-based Master’s course offered by a Consortium of four leading European universities: University of Leipzig, London School of Economics and Political Science, University of Vienna and University of Wroclaw.
