  • Master in Food Safety in the Agrifood Chain

    University of Maribor

    The master programme will last two academic years (four semesters). The first model is devoted to providing students with scientific backgrounds of compulsory and elective study courses. The second and the third model intend to broaden the expertise in relations between systems, consumers and technologies. The fourth semester is devoted to research work and preparation of Master thesis. Successful completion of Master study programme (120 ECTS) leads to the Master degree. The degree qualifies for PhD studies. The Master programme will enable students to tailor their own courses by selecting elective courses. The program is open to domestic and foreign students. There is no age limit. Maximum of 30 participants satisfying the following conditions will be accepted per year as full-time students: applicants require an above-average Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or equivalent degree in life sciences, biotechnologies or medicine following at least three years of studies (180 ECTS).
