SUMAS’ programs are predominantly interactive, based on role-play activities and class discussions, utilizing case-studies and videos. Online resources and electronic communication platforms are used in combination with video conferences with prominent speakers.
Inside the university, you have access to the cafeteria from 07.00-15.00 Monday to Friday. Here you can purchase from a variety of hot, cold and vegetarian nutritional meals, snacks and beverages; all produce certified from top-class local environmental restaurateur.
You will also have access to private conference rooms for group meetings and study sessions.
Conveniently located in front of the SUMAS building is the Velopass bike station. Velopass is an interconnected system of bike stations available 24/7. You can rent a bike from a particular station and return it either to the station where they rented it or to another one.
SUMAS is an approved member of the American Accreditation institute ACBSP (Accreditation council for Business Schools and Programs) as well as the European Accreditation Institute EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development).
SUMAS is also affiliated with the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) initiative, the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) initiative, and the R20 Regions of Climate Action- a non-profit organization founded in 2010 by Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and other United Nations global leaders.
