We are part of the Hochschule Bremen, a state university of applied sciences with more than 200 years of tradition.
Already in 2005 and thus five years ahead of the deadline set by the European Ministry of Education, the University of Bremen has reorganized its range of courses completely, basing them on the bachelor and master structure in line with mandatory international standards. The accreditation of all courses associated with these changes ensures that the students receive an education of the highest quality combined with the best possible mobility during their studies.
Working in Germany
If you’re a citizen of the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, just go ahead and apply for a job, you do not need a work permit. You have free access to the labor market.
And there is good news for all those who are Non EU Citizens but have gained a degree from a German university. They can now extend their residence permit after graduation in order to look for an appropriate vacancy to a maximum of 18 months.
Living and studying in another country is both exciting and interesting. At the same time it means a lot of organizational and administrative work.
