In 1971, the Aachen University of Applied Sciences was created from the consolidation of several universities of applied sciences and professional training institutions. It boasts a more than 100-year-old tradition of practice-oriented education.
This international approach to lessons and courses of study is an important characteristic of the Aachen University of Applied Sciences. We make it possible for our students to prepare themselves for the requirements of a globalised work world and to develop the skills necessary for international cooperation. For this reason, we support the mobility of our students and teachers in joint projects, as well as through international degrees within the framework of cooperation with our partner universities.
Many organisations offer scholarships or grants. Some of these might help you to study for a Master at FH Aachen - University of Applied Sciences!
The location of Aachen and Jülich within the Euregio directly bordering Belgium and The Netherlands offers additional benefits. For example, cooperation with universities in the region led to creation of the Communication and Multimedia Design Degree Programme, offered in the fourth or fifth semester at the International Faculty in Maastricht, The Netherlands.
