Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design & Technology (IADT) was established as an autonomous higher education institution within the Institutes of Technology sector on April 1st 1997. On that day, Dun Laoghaire College of Art and Design, with its 450 students, was incorporated in the new institute and has developed since as our School of Creative Arts. Two Schools were established ab-initio. The School of Creative Technologies and the School of Business & Humanities enrolled their first students in October 1998. Today, IADT has 1,650 full-time students, 800 part-time students and is set to grow to 2000+ full-time places. IADT has built an international reputation in the creative, cultural and digital media sectors and is also a valued educational and enterprise partner in Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown and the wider Dublin and East Coast region.
Many organisations offer scholarships or grants. Some of these might help you to study for a Master's degree at Institute of Art, Design & Technology!
