SHMS is Switzerlands largest English speaking Hotel Management School. SHMS offers a wide range of world-class academic programmes for undergraduates and postgraduates in Hospitality, Events, Resort and Spa Management. The Swiss Diploma and Higher Diploma combine theoretical and practical modules and include two internship placements where students gain valuable industry experience.

The BA (hons.) Degree in Hospitality or Events Management is awarded by the University of Derby (UK). For graduates, SHMS offers a Masters Degree in Hospitality Management and a variety of exciting postgraduate diploma courses, recognizing the strong demand in the industry for highly educated professionals.

The two SHMS campuses in Caux and Leysin welcome students from over 65 nationalities making students life a truly international experience. Caux is a unique location close to the lively city of Montreux. The campus is located in the historic Caux Palace. Leysin is an international ski resort providing students with a wide range of recreational and sporting activities.

SHMS offers two intakes each year in February and September. For students who need to improve their English language skills prior to beginning the academic year, the school provides a partly sponsored English Foundation programme.

The SHMS Sport and Leisure Manager organizes activities and events throughout the academic term to ensure that the student's leisure time is enjoyable. Many events are sponsored by SHMS.
