History

The University of London was founded by Royal Charter in November 1836 and is the third oldest university in England. The University of London International Programmes (as it is now known) was established in 1858 to provide access to UK degrees anywhere around the world.

Housing services

Library services

Registered students gain access to the University of London online library, which holds thousands of journal articles.

This is accessed via the Student Portal, and a helpdesk is provided to assist students in finding what they need.

Students may also receive access to Senate House Library if you decide to come to London.
