At BiTS, we want to create an environment in which you can develop a strong character. Five basic factors form the backbone of BiTS: You study in an informal atmosphere to enable you to grow as a person. Trust is placed in you. You experience success. You learn based on a hands-on approach. And think along international lines. To put this policy into practice, BiTS creates an atmosphere of well-being and fosters a climate in which you can perform your best.
We want to give you the scope to develop to your full potential. We believe that your technical education goes hand in hand with your personal development. This is because, to be successful these days, you need more than pure knowledge. All programs of study include tutorials designed to develop your social skills. Be it confidence, teamwork or presentation training, we fully prepare you for a successful professional career.
How? You learn in an environment based on openness and trust. Your professors and lecturers believe in your abilities. You are personally taken care of and learn in small groups. A lack of bureaucracy makes it easier for students and lecturers to interact. We trust you – and you can trust us.

The numerous student initiatives give you an added opportunity to develop in your field of interest alongside your studies. The initiatives enable you to gain experience while you study: experience that is relevant for your future career.
