Munich Business School (MBS) is a private university of applied science located in Munich (Bavaria, Germany). MBS confers degrees in Business Administration and was ranked in 2015 as one of the leading private Business Schools in Germany.



Munich Business School (at that time named Europäische Betriebswirtschafts-Akademie) is founded in 1991 by the European Business Schools International (ebsi) London, Paris, Madrid and Milan. The initiators pursue one purpose above all others: To establish new benchmarks for practical orientation and internationality for business education in the economic center of Southern Germany.


Sheffield Hallam research programme was ranked in the top five of all UK modern universities in the most recent national Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2014. The e-learning system at SHU is one of the most extensive and advanced in the country, providing access to resources and support when and where you need them. A resource-packed learning centre with excellent IT facilities which are open 24 hours a day, every week of the year.


The application training by our Career Center prepares you thoroughly for your job search and is particularly suited for foreign students who are not yet familiar with the requirements of German HR officers.

The training provides a detailed survey of the structure and content of application letters and CVs. In addition, the student will learn how to optimally proceed in his/her job search and will get to know the support options offered by MBS.

In practice-relevant exercises students will learn how to present themselves favorably in an application interview, how to avoid mistakes and how to react to critical questions with self-confidence.
