The Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, carries out a wide international activity through the Deputy Vice-Chancellor’s Office for International Relations and Mobility.
The programmes are coordinated and funded by means of: activities carried out by the UAM in collaboration with other institutions (International Exchange Programmes); the participation in programmes promoted by European Union (European Programmes); and the Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores [AECI: Agencia Española de Cooperación Internacional (Spanish Agency for International Cooperation).
The Autónoma University of Madrid is the first Spanish University to establish an Integrated Research Management Service.
