The CEREN (Burgundy School of Business Corporate Research Centre) was founded in 2003 to coordinate the research work of professors at Burgundy School of Business. The activities of the CEREN directly concern corporate and international issues.

The CEREN helps build the reputation of the school thanks to the growing contribution of its professors to the scientific community, and stimulates progress in teaching by encouraging professors to keep abreast of developments in their respective disciplines.


Effective career guidance and placement: our Corporate Relations Office developed a network of 1,100 national and international partner companies and strives to provide many work placements and employment opportunities.

Career counselling & forums are regularly held by the School. Academic year long seminars and workshops will provide you with individual help and advice on topics including resumes, cover letters, interviews and job search strategies.

Student services

We provide full support to all international students at Burgundy School of Business, whether they are enrolled in international programmes as independent students, in exchange programmes or in customised programmes.

International students can obtain help and guidance from the International Office at any time during their application process, from pre-departure to their arrival in Dijon, and for the entire duration of their study period at Burgundy School of Business.

Housing services

The 'Caisse d'allocation familiale' (CAF) offers financial support (called in French ALS) to students in the form of monthly housing benefits which lower rental costs.

Burgundy School of Business does not own or manage student accommodation but the International Office can help you look for the best options. First, please take a look at the different kinds of accommodation we usually offer our students.

Medical services

  • You will need to ask for a European Health card and bring it with you to France. You will then be exempt from registering with the French Health Insurance.
  • If you are going to study in France for 1 semester: Your international health insurance certificate (in English) from your home country will be accepted, and exempt you from registering with the French social security
