ECST graduates will be able to work in companies whose core business is the design and/or manufacturing of devices, equipment, systems, and infrastructures of electronic and optoelectronic type, including sensor systems, advanced telecommunication systems, applications of artificial intelligence and software engineering. Moreover, they will be able to effectively contribute to all working activities employing electronic technologies or infrastructures for signal processing in the civil construction, industrial and information fields, within public or private research Institutes, public Agencies, or Academia. Their responsibilities will be ranging from design to research, development, management and teaching.

    • Applicants graduated from Italian First-cycle Degrees (“Lauree”) of the “Ingegneria dell’Informazione” area (classe 9 or classe L-8, whose name contains “Ingegneria” and  “Elettronica”;
    • Applicants graduated from Italian First-cycle Degrees (“Lauree”) of the “Ingegneria dell’Informazione” area (classe 9 or classe L-8)  with a final mark of at least 105/110. This requirement is reduced to 95/110 for applicants graduated in A.Y. 2011-12 or before.

    If applicants’ qualification is not consistent with above criteria (e.g. applicants with a foreign degree), their career shall be assessed by the Degree Board.
